The income <br />amount on MSA State Road Maintenance should have been only $9,300, instead of $25,750. <br />He said the engineer had informed the administrator of this and he neglected to check <br />to insure that the amounts were correct. <br /> <br />Councilman Mickelson reviewed portions of the budget for 1977. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox asked for citizen comments. <br /> <br />There was no response. <br /> <br />Resolutions & Ordinances. None. <br /> <br />Bills for Approval <br /> <br />Motion by Reimann, seconded by Mickelson to pay the bills in the amount of $162,735.05. <br /> <br /> Carried 5 AYES <br /> <br />Andy's Electric payment to be held until his work is approved by the State electrical <br />inspector. <br /> <br />Mayor & Council Input. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann inquired about the status of the Odegaard dog situation. <br />Attorney Goodrich replied that they have been served with the complaint. If it <br />goes to court trial, it will probably come up in December, if they ask for jury <br />trial, it will not come up until January. <br /> <br />Mrs. Drexler again commented on the size of Mayor Cox's election signs. She told <br />the Mayor she feels everyone should comply to the ordinance. Mayor Cox explained that <br />he had talked to the proprietor of the store and as it appears, these are a political <br />issue and this is not the time to talk about it. <br /> <br />He said all should be dealt with and he is willing to comply with the ordinance. <br />Mrs. Drexler complained about Newton's signs also.
