Present Councilpersons were Mr. Reimann, Mr. Mickelson, Mr. Gotham, and Mrs. Oliphant. Also present was City Administrator Walker. Pledge of allegiance to the flag was lead by Mayor Co~:. Approval o_~fAgqn~a addition to Old Business discussion on Carter Valley plat hockey rink addition to New Business recommendation for Park & Recreation Coordinator review of gun ordinance Motion by Reimamseconded by Mickleson to approve -the Agenda with the noted additions. Carried 5 to O. October 27th Regular Meeting: Motion by Gorham seconded ~Y Olipha--~ 'tO app-~V~ t'H~' 'n~inutes as written with the following corrections. Special Use Permit for Michelle Olson should have a Coun~]J-V~t~--gf--~O. 'Free Sale - Mayor Cox indicated that we should advertise with other nurserys when we have our next tree sale. Carried 5 to O. Citizen Input - no input. Resolution number 75-1. A resolution supporting the CAB Co~nittee's position report was read and approved with the addition that the passage of this resolution is in no way intended to commit the City of Ramsey to the construction of a sewer system within the City's boundaries, either presently or in the future. Arlene Peddycoart at a salary of $7&.~.OO per month plus all City fringe benefits and $50.00 per month for health insurance. Carried 5 to O. Review of City personnel and Payroll. Administrator Walker presented a list of all City employees and their earnings to date to the City Council. Results of John DeKok's"Notice of Judgement' against the City of Ramsey -- results for the defendant the City of Ramsey.
