Administrator Walker explained <br />~hat this--~l~ was for lodging of an apprehended <br />subject to protect him overnight. <br /> <br />Hockey Rink. The meeting was set for <br />l~.~onday night the 17th of November. <br /> <br />Cox: The Mayor wishes that the precinct idea be <br />ss~ at the next regular meeting and it is to be placed <br />on the agenda for the November 24th meeting. <br /> <br />The Mayor indicated 'that if the Homeowner's Association has <br />co~mments to make to the Council they should feel free to <br />speak out. <br /> <br />The Mayor stated that Councilpersons are no longer liason <br />to particular Commissions.
