Mayor Cox stated that he and A~ainistrator Walker are working with the Municipal Commission to achieve a higher increase in this aid° M~yor Cox said that he has met with County Commission .i~d Fields on the location of another bridge over the Rum River and they are working on this item. Gun Ordinance. Mayor Cox stated that hunters are hunting ~-~h~-~eHind private property with bow and arrow through- out the City. An up-date of the g~n ordinance is needed. i~o action was taken at this time. Chief of Police Auspos to be contacted for information of this. Carter ~~ Plat discussion. Councilman Reimann '~~s~-~ request that Mrs. Carter had on private roads and private plats before the Planning and Zoning Committee. Administrator ~'~alker is to discuss this matter with Chairman Sorteberg as far as dedication o~~ park ]_and, roads, etc., and what this means to her request. OLD BUSINESS Jackson Hotel Bill. Administrator Walker explained ~hat this--~l~ was for lodging of an apprehended subject to protect him overnight. Hockey Rink. Councilman Reimann requested help on c~p~t~-the sections for the hockey rink to keep the expense under the $2,000 allocated. Recommendation on Park & Recreation Coordinator. ~h~ ~ua--~~i~-~s oI° the can'~i~g~es were ~cussed. ]l~otion by Mickelaon seconded by Reimann to have Administrator l?alker hire Mr. Tim Paquette as soon as possible as the Park & Recreation Coordinator at a salary of $744.OO with normal City benefits. ~&rri~d ~ ~o O. Sp~e. cial meeting. Administrator ~fatker requested a special ~~'to Wor~ on the 1976 budget. The meeting was set for l~.~onday night the 17th of November. Cox: The Mayor wishes that the precinct idea be ss~ at the next regular meeting and it is to be placed on the agenda for the November 24th meeting. The Mayor indicated 'that if the Homeowner's Association has co~mments to make to the Council they should feel free to speak out. The Mayor stated that Councilpersons are no longer liason to particular Commissions. The City Administrator is the liason person.
