Wild River Estates: The developer, R&O Sales, Inc., have asked ~or a six month extension on the presentation of the final plat due to economic conditions. Nr. Reimann moved to extend the final plat due date for three months and to review it at the end of that period to see if it is current with regard to engineering and plan- ning, etc. Seconded by Mr. Mickelson. Discussion. Mr. Mickelson withdrew his second to this motion. Nr. Reimann withdrew his mo- tion. It was decided to put this item on the agenda for the first Council meeting in September as their present extension will not be up before that time. Mrs. Guy; A letter from Nrs. Guy was received stating she would like to retire as of Oct. l, 1975. Mr. Gorham moved we accept Mrs. Guy's retirement request. Seconded by Mr. Mickelson. The motion carried unanimously. Personnel & Management Committee Report: Over 80 applications have been received for the administrative assistant position as of July 18th. The Committee has interviewed eight of them. Now they have two names they recommend for the full Council review namely Dennis Wilczek of Canby, who is administrative assistant for that city and Frank Huszar, assistant to city manager of Brook- lyn Park. For the building inspector/assessor position, they have 16 applications. After interviewing for this position, they have one candidate, Rober Casper, who is presently building inspector/ assessor for the City of Woodbury. They feel he is a very good candidate for this job. Thursday night, July 31, 1975, there will be a special meeting to interview candidates for administrative assistant and building in- spector/assessor at 8:00 p.m. __Nr, Mickel$on moved the bills be paid as presented. Seconded by Nr. Gorham. Notion carried unanimously.
