Nr. Reimann moved to extend the final <br />plat due date for three months and to review it at the end of that <br />period to see if it is current with regard to engineering and plan- <br />ning, etc. Seconded by Mr. Mickelson. Discussion. Mr. Mickelson <br />withdrew his second to this motion. Nr. Reimann withdrew his mo- <br />tion. It was decided to put this item on the agenda for the first <br />Council meeting in September as their present extension will not <br />be up before that time. <br /> <br />Mrs. Guy; A letter from Nrs. Guy was received stating she would <br />like to retire as of Oct. l, 1975. Mr. Gorham moved we accept <br />Mrs. Guy's retirement request. Seconded by Mr. Mickelson. The <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Personnel & Management Committee Report: Over 80 applications <br />have been received for the administrative assistant position as <br />of July 18th. The Committee has interviewed eight of them. Now <br />they have two names they recommend for the full Council review <br />namely Dennis Wilczek of Canby, who is administrative assistant <br />for that city and Frank Huszar, assistant to city manager of Brook- <br />lyn Park. For the building inspector/assessor position, they have <br />16 applications. After interviewing for this position, they have <br />one candidate, Rober Casper, who is presently building inspector/ <br />assessor for the City of Woodbury. They feel he is a very good <br />candidate for this job. <br /> <br />Thursday night, July 31, 1975, there will be a special meeting to <br />interview candidates for administrative assistant and building in- <br />spector/assessor at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />__Nr, Mickel$on moved the bills be paid as presented.
