Special Meeting of Ramsey City Council <br />June 26, 1975 <br /> <br />which will be accomplished when the Administrative Assistant to the <br />City Council position is filled. Seconded by Mrs. Oliphant. Five ayes, <br />no nays. Motion carried. <br /> <br />The next item taken up by t.he Council was a letter from the VFW regarding <br />a flag raising ceremony to be held July 4 at Lino Lakes. Mr. Cox <br />read this letter to the Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox indicated to the Council that a person wanted to move in a house <br />on County 63 West of Camilia Street. That person would like to place <br />the house on a basement which~he has tentatively agreed to buy. <br />Mr. Cox wanted Council's suggestions as to how this matter should be <br />handled. Mr. Reimann thought the person should make a request and the <br />Building Inspector would then carry through and inspect the home as <br />required. No recommendation or actions other than this was made by the <br />Council. <br /> <br />Motion: Mr. Mickelson moved to delegate the authority to hire a <br />temporary Building Inspector to the personnel committee in the event <br />that Mr. Pittmann would not accept the temporary assignment previously <br />approved by the Council. Seconded by Mrs. Oliphant. Five ayes, no <br />nays. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Reimann moved to adjourn. <br />nays. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Seconded by Mr. Gorham. <br /> <br />Five ayes, no <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
