MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF RAMSEY AND AFSCME <br />M.O.U. INSURANCE <br />January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016 as described below: <br />1) City contributions for 2015 health insurance, as follows: <br />The employer will make the following contributions toward group health <br />insurance coverage for employees enrolled in the City's plan during 2015.
