Nelson does lack initiative, that Mr o Thurston has stated that .';l~e has not worked out and Mr. Gotham wondered/if we should take action ~mw. Hr. Reimann said that he felt that action should now be taken. Ylr° Cox then asked if there was a consensus by the Council, },.ir:~. She felt that two full time secretaries were needcd~ l~i'r, lteima, nn, Hr. Gorham, Hr. Cox and Mr. Hickelson did agree with -the summary as indicated by Mr. Cox above.
