existing Drainage and Utility Easement,which is twenty(20) feet wide,with ten(10) feet on <br /> each side of this common lot line, and would ultimately drain to the street. <br /> 22. That the Applicant has not clearly indicated whether a driveway would be installed, if the <br /> existing driveway would be extended, or if no driveway would be provide to access the <br /> proposed detached accessory building. <br /> 23. That economic circumstances alone do not create the practical difficulties. <br /> 24. That the plight is not due to circumstances unique to the Subject Property. <br /> 25. That the plight was created by the Applicant. <br /> 26. That, if granted, the variance will alter the locality's essential character. <br /> 27. That, if granted, the variance will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent <br /> property. <br /> 28. That, if granted, the variance will not have the effect of allowing a use that is prohibited in <br /> the applicable zoning district. <br /> 29. That, if granted, the variance will not unreasonably increase the congestion on the public <br /> street. <br /> 30. That, if granted, the variance will not adversely impact the degree of public health, safety <br /> and general welfare provided for in the Ramsey City Code. <br /> 31. That, if granted, the variance will not diminish established property values within the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> 32. That there are alternative locations on the Subject Property that could accommodate the <br /> detached accessory building without the need for a variance or the size of the detached <br /> accessory building could be reduced to eliminate the need for a variance. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Van <br /> Scoy, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Vice Chairperson Bauer <br /> Commissioner Brauer <br /> Commissioner Van Scoy <br /> Commissioner Andrusko <br /> Commissioner Nosan <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> RESOLUTION#15-10-257 <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />
