Mr. Kempf said <br />he would talk with Mr. Reimann about the backstops as he meets with <br />the Park Department. <br /> <br />~ire Bills: Ian Praske, who had had a fire and had been requested <br /> to appear at this meeting, was not here. The same was true of <br />Gale Sharp. Mr. Gary Sauer was present but he said that his cupboard <br />fire took place in the City of Andover and we should straighten this <br />out with the City of Anoka, from whom we received this bill. Mr._ <br />rReimann moved we will not hold any bills longer than 90 days. After <br />that time period, they will be referred to our attorney for collection. <br />Seconded by Mr. Mickelson. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />LiQuor Ordinance: We will need to have this passed before June 15th <br />as the Strawhouse license comes up July l, 1975. Mr~.Gorham. moved <br />to have a liquor ordinance meeting on May 22nd at 7:30 p.m. at th'~ <br />City Hall. Seconded by Mr. Mickelson. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Subdivision Ordinance and Fee Schedule: Discussion on Sec. 8~06 <br />for park dedication. All five members want the $100 per lot for <br />park dedication left as it is. <br /> <br />Scenic easement was discussed. Discussion on future subdivision <br />when sewer and water come in. Mr. Gorham moved Ordinance NOo_ 75-~ <br />an ordinance establishing comprehensive platting and regulations <br />for the laying out of .streets, alleys, and other public grounds <br />and the subdivision of land establishing the requirements for the <br />approval of subdivision plats within the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, pursuant to the authority granted by state law <br />and providing penalties for the violation of this ordinance, be <br />adopted with the corrections noted by Attorney Goodrich. Seconded <br />by Mr. Mickelson. This repeals Ordinance 8 and all the amendments <br />to it. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Mickelson move~ whereas, Ordinance No. 75-5 requires the City <br />Council to set fee requirements and bond or escrow amounts required <br />of subdividers in the platting process, now, therefore, it is hereby <br />resolved that the following fees shall be required per Ordinance <br />No. 75-5, <br /> I t la f i f <br /> ~ ~i~~. ~5-~ ~t~ ~red $100.00 <br /> <br /> Initial Preliminary Plat filing fee required <br /> in Ordinance No. 75-5 Section 6.Ol(b): <br /> a. Plats involving residential lots only: 50.00 <br /> b. Plats involving other than residential lots lOO.O0 <br /> c. In addition to (a) and (b) above $5.00 <br /> per lot created shall be required. <br />It is further resolved that the Continued Street Maintenance Bond <br />or cash escrow as required in Ordinance No. 75-5 Section 9.09(e) <br />shall be in a minimUm amount of $1200 per one-half mile of accepted <br />roadway. Seconded by Mr. Reimann. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
