The same was true of Gale Sharp. Mr. Gary Sauer was present but he said that his cupboard fire took place in the City of Andover and we should straighten this out with the City of Anoka, from whom we received this bill. Mr._ rReimann moved we will not hold any bills longer than 90 days. After that time period, they will be referred to our attorney for collection. Seconded by Mr. Mickelson. Motion carried unanimously. LiQuor Ordinance: We will need to have this passed before June 15th as the Strawhouse license comes up July l, 1975. Mr~.Gorham. moved to have a liquor ordinance meeting on May 22nd at 7:30 p.m. at th'~ City Hall. Seconded by Mr. Mickelson. Motion carried unanimously. Subdivision Ordinance and Fee Schedule: Discussion on Sec. 8~06 for park dedication. All five members want the $100 per lot for park dedication left as it is. Scenic easement was discussed. Discussion on future subdivision when sewer and water come in. Mr. Gorham moved Ordinance NOo_ 75-~ an ordinance establishing comprehensive platting and regulations for the laying out of .streets, alleys, and other public grounds and the subdivision of land establishing the requirements for the approval of subdivision plats within the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, pursuant to the authority granted by state law and providing penalties for the violation of this ordinance, be adopted with the corrections noted by Attorney Goodrich. Seconded by Mr. Mickelson. This repeals Ordinance 8 and all the amendments to it. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Mickelson move~ whereas, Ordinance No. 75-5 requires the City Council to set fee requirements and bond or escrow amounts required of subdividers in the platting process, now, therefore, it is hereby resolved that the following fees shall be required per Ordinance No. 75-5, I t la f i f ~ ~i~~. ~5-~ ~t~ ~red $100.00 Initial Preliminary Plat filing fee required in Ordinance No. 75-5 Section 6.Ol(b): a. Plats involving residential lots only: 50.00 b. Plats involving other than residential lots lOO.O0 c. In addition to (a) and (b) above $5.00 per lot created shall be required. It is further resolved that the Continued Street Maintenance Bond or cash escrow as required in Ordinance No. 75-5 Section 9.09(e) shall be in a minimUm amount of $1200 per one-half mile of accepted roadway. Seconded by Mr. Reimann. Motion carried unanimously.
