Notion carried unanimously. Mr. A1 Fulton: Findings received from Planning & Zoning Commission on Mr. A1 Fulton's request for rezoning from residential to commer- cial on lots 6 and 7 in Block i of Golden Eagle Estates. The find- ings were as follows: To the Council that the three plus acres in these two lots be rezoned to B-2 because these lots were zoned commercial when this plat was accepted by the Township prior to Ordinance 73-5. Mr. Retmann moved we have a public hearing on this rezoning request '6T Mr'. F~lton's to rezone lots 6 and 7 of block 1 in Golden Eagle Estates from r-1 to B-2 at 8:30 p.m. on May 20, 1975 at the Ramsey City Hall. Seconded by Mr. Gorham. Mr. Cox, Mr. Reimann, Mr. Gorham, Mr. Mickelson voted yes and Mrs. Oliphant voted no. Stull Addition: Mr. Stull was notified by Mr. Goodrich to have the abstract ~o'~ the Stull Addition brought up to date and so far they have not responded. No one representing this plat was present. Mr. Cox read a draft of a letter to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission. Mr. Scarborough's letter to them only encourages the interceptor to come to Anoka, not out here. Mr. Cox read the joint statement of Champlin, Andover, Anoka and Ramsey to the EWCC. Mr. Gorhammoved we adopt the joint statement regarding Sewer Servi'd'e'~Area ~3 and the PUblic Hearing to be held 4/30/75. Seconded by Mrs. Oli- phant. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Mickelson moved we forward a letter to Mr. Scarborough and the City Of Anoka in regard to the CAB facilities meeting at the City of Anoka dated April 23, 1975. Seconded by Mr. Gorham. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Cox stated Mr. Gorham, Mr. Reimann, Mr. ~ckelson and he had attended the meeting on April 23rd. Seconded by Mr. Gotham. Motion carried unanimously.
