POLICE <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT POSITIONS; PERSONNEL <br /> <br />ASSIGNMENTS, WORK RULES,' ETC. <br /> <br /> It is recommended that the following resolution <br /> <br />be adopted after the City COuncil takes :action adopting <br /> <br />the proposed Police Department Ordinance. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey h~s 'adopted Ordinance z~v~r--~ <br />establishing a Police Department,. and. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Ordinance authorizes' the City. <br /> <br />Council to designate personnel,' establish 'ranks,' <br /> <br />personnel rules and compensation, <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that :the 'City Council <br />adopts the attached memorandum entitled Police Depart- <br />ment Personnel Plan and Rules,' dated April. 14,..1975, <br />and prepared by.
