Albert: We have a letter from him requesting an exten- <br />sion of time on rezoning the Holasek and Gorham land to B-2 com- <br />mercial until Mar. 17, 1975 Mr. Cox read Mr. Albert's letter of <br />Feb. 7th in which he stated he would waive any requirement that <br />the decision of the Council be made within ~5 days of the public <br />hearing and suggested this matter placed on our agenda for the <br />Mar. 17th meeting. Mr. Mickelson moved Mr. Albert be advised that <br />the requirements of the City Ordinance regarding this rezoning com- <br />mence running as of the day of March 17, 1975. Seconded by Mr. <br />Gorham. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Road thru Greenberg's industrial property: We will keep this in <br />mind for the Feb. 25th meeting with the State and County officials. <br /> <br />Request by Planning and Zoning Commission to not rezone B-l, B-2, <br />or i-1 areas to residential. Discussion on this matter. <br /> <br />Discussion on industrial revenue bonds. <br /> <br />Treasurer: Kathleen Anderson, our Treasurer, is resigning as of <br />March l, 1975. We very much regret to learn we will be losing <br />her as our treasurer. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox read a letter from Jerry Young, County Librarian, request- <br />ing the name of a committee chairman for the Bi-Centennial projects <br />to be undertaken this year. <br /> <br />Mrs. Oliphant moved we adjourn.
