NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN'. <br />Notice is hereby given that the <br />Ramsey City Council will hold a public <br />hearing on Tuesday, April 13, 2004, at <br />7:00 p.m., in the Training Room at Fire <br />Station No. 1, 15050 Armstrong <br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303. <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to con- <br />sider changes to City Code Chapter 7: <br />Licensing - Sections 7.51.01 through <br />7,51.24 regulating the possession, sale <br />and consumption of intoxicating and 3.2 <br />Percent Malt Liquor within the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. The changes will <br />bring the City's Code more up to date <br />and compliant with State Statute lan- <br />guage. An amendment to the 1:00 a.m. <br />closing time for on-sale establishments is <br />also being proposed. <br /> All interested persons are invited to <br />attend the hearing and comment on the <br />proposed changes to the City Code. The <br />City of Ramsey complies with the <br />Americans with Disabilities Act, upon <br />advance request, information will be pro- <br />vided in an alternative form, and inter~ <br />preters will be available. Any person with <br />such a request should contact City Clerk <br />lo Thieling at 763-433-9840 by 4:30 p.m. <br />on Tuesday, April 6, 2004.
