NOTICE OF PUI~LIC ~iE~,RiNG CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM iT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 1 3, at 7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Fire Station No. 1 at 1 SOSO Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 5S303. The purpose of the hearing is to con- sider a Business Subsidy Agreement with Shannon Enterprises of North Dakota, LLC, a Minnesota Limite'd Liability Company. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed Business Subsidy Agreement · with Shannon Enterprises of North Dakota, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and, upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a a request should contact City Clerk Jo Ann Thieling at 763- 433-9840 by,noon on Thursday, April 8, 2004.
