Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #14: <br /> <br />Introduction of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish <br />Lake Business Park Second Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich advised the City is negotiating a TI~' agreement with Rotary Systems, <br />Inc. As part of the transaction, the City is to convey title to Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake <br />Business Park Second Addition to Rotary Systems, Inc. In order to complete this transaction a <br />sale ordinance needs to be introduced and adopted authorizing the sale. <br /> <br />Councihnember Kurak inquired if TIF agreements and the sale of these properties are reported to <br />the EDA. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied they would likely go before the EDA for review prior to being <br />considered by the Council. The operating company and the landowner may have different <br /> <br />llan~cs. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to introduce an <br />ordinance which is an ordinance authorizing the sale of Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business <br />Park Sccond Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
