Activities on and near the site and provisions for these activities: AMCON Construction activities. The entire east parking area and access to this area will be reserved for AaMCON construction traffic and staging. Signs will be posted to warn non- construction drivers not to enter this area, If necessary, a barrier will be set up to keep non- construction people and vehicles out of this area. Access to this parking area is needed from both Peridot and E. Ramgey Parkway to ensure effective large truck access and drive through. Street andTown Center Construction. As mentioned, Ramsey Town Center Construction activity will travel into the area on Sunwood Drive and E. Ramsey Parkway. Pedestrian traffic on these streets will be a concern to the school and we assume to the City as well. Transition from Temporary Classrooms to Complete, Occupancy Reserving the west parking lot tbr portable classrooms will delay completion of the parking lot and landscaping in that area. As soon as the school occupies the rest of the building and the portable classrooms are removed, construction activities will resume as quickly as possible. Completing the construction of the parking lot will be an important pre-winter goal. Installing concrete curbing and laying blacktop will be top pr/orities. Second priority is installing lights around the parking lot. Finally, completing the landscaping will be attempted. Weather factors may disrupt landscaping until Spring 2005. Until the west parking lot is completed, on-street parking will remain an important need for the school to function. As soon as temporary classroom walls are removed from the gymnasium, the gymnasium floor will be completed. This will include final sanding and finishing.
