Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the proposed storage enclosure. The applicants have stated <br />that the estimated cost of the enclosure is $1,600.00. Staff recommends requiring a financial <br />surety in the mount of $2,400.00 to ensure that the enclosure is constructed according to plan <br />and in a timely manner.
