Norman <br />City Administrator <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303-6140 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Norman: <br /> <br /> This letter outlines the projects and tasks to be included as an amendment to our <br /> current contract for consulting services to assist the City of Ramsey in identifying and <br /> implementing strategies related to positive land-use and transportation improvements <br /> within the TH#10 Corridor and other areas of the City. <br /> <br /> Per our meeting April 1, there are a number of additional tasks that have been identified <br />· as part of a plan to continue efforts in the Trunk Highway 10 corridor, as well as other <br /> projects and activities. The Tinklenberg Group welcomes the opportunity to continue <br /> this work and complete the tasks as follows: <br /> <br />General tasks <br /> <br />· Provide work necessary to implement federal funding available such as project <br /> memoranda and other associated documents. <br />· Coordination with Mn/DOT and other public/private agencies regarding the <br /> Ramsey park-and-ride lot/facility in an effort to maximize additional funding' <br /> opportunities and improvements. <br />· Coordination with Anoka County and the Metropolitan Council to assist in the <br /> allocation of funds for the provision of transit services to the park-and-ride and <br /> Town Center development. <br />· Continued support in Washington D.C. including communications, update <br /> materials, and support activities relative to the FY05 Appropriations request and <br /> Reauthorization in an effort to improve awareness, support and to secure <br /> <br /> <br />
