Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing to Vacate an Access Easement within the Town Center <br />Gardens Subdivision; Case of Brightkeys Development Corp. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon explained the City Council introduced the <br />ordinance to vacate the access easement parallel to Bunker Lake Boulevard (CR 116) to access <br />City Pumphouse #2 on April 13, 2004.
