Rud & Sons, Inc., dated January 16, 2002, and filed <br />January 23, 2002; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the legal descriptiOn contained in the Quit ClaiTM Deed dated March 19, <br />200 l, filed May 8,2001, as Document Number 1576733 (see Exhibit "B" for the Quit Claim <br />Deed and corresponding legal description), wherein the City granted title to Parcel 2 to the <br />Applicant, is similar but does not conform exactly to the legal description in the Application for <br />Parcel 2; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant desires that the City withdraw its Answer. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows: <br /> <br /> I. The description in Exhibit A is the correct legal description and Applicant may <br /> <br />proceed to complete its registration based on that description. <br /> <br /> 2.
