Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to
approve the agenda as amended.

Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilman Cox, Mickelson and
Sorteberg. Voting no None.

Councilman Cox read written comments from Councilman Reimaran concerning
various agenda items. The comments were dated March 10, 1980. These
comments were as follows:

1) With regard to agenda item #1 under "New Business" Cottncilman
Reimann felt the beauty shop home occupation permit should not be
granted, feeling that this is a use which would be better in the
City's planned business districts. He also wrote that if the per-
mit is granted the home should have an additional sewer system for
the shop and the driveway should be paved.

2) With regard to agenda item #3 under "New Business" Councilman
Reimann felt it should be required that sufficient fire extinguishers
are in place and that perhaps the fire inspector should view the
sketch plan for his input.

3) With regard to agenda item #3 under "New Business" Councilman
Reimann felt that landscaping details should be worked out with
Dickenson. The parking should be marked and that outside storage
of junk and inoperable busses should be screened.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to approve
the Council minutes of February 25, 1980 as presented.

Motion carried.
