3) The first stence on page six shbuld read as follows: <br /> <br />A general discussion on the recent drainage problems amd <br />what might be done to resolve these problems in the future <br />followed. <br /> <br />4) On page six under the GREEN ACRES LAW heading the following sentence <br />should be added: <br /> <br />The specific parcels which the County has notified the City <br />are covered by the Green Acres Law and on which payment of <br />the special assessments will be deferred are parcels 6800, <br />6850 and 6900 of Plat #89210 all owned by Clifton and Wilma <br />Morse, who reside at 16519 Jaspar Street N.W. <br /> <br />5) On Page six under BILLS FOR APPROVAL the first sentence should read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann questioned the staff on various bills. <br /> <br />6) On page eight, the seventh paragraph from the top should read as follows: <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said that had the original motion specifically <br />stated that a councilman and the Mayor were going to Washington, <br />he would have had no objection to Councilman Sorteberg being <br />the councilman to attend. However, since that is not how the <br />original motion read, he feels to send a cotmcilmember without <br />this being a Council decision, or at least advising the Council <br />is wrong. Councilman Cox said it was his understanding by the <br />original motion that Administrator Schnelle and Mayor Gamec <br />were to go. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adopt <br />the minutes Of March 25, 1980 with the following amendments as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to accept <br />the March 25, 1980 Board of Adjustment minutes as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox.
