Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to pay Councilman Mickelson's bill of $271.00. Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. A policy on these types of situations will be presented to the Council by staff at a later date. FINANCE Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to transfer $4,051 from the Revenue Sharing Fund to the General Fund for police car purchased in 1980. Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann sad Cox. Voting no None. Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to increase the General Fund budget for 1980 to $798,806. Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. MIDWESTERN UNDERGROUND City Administrator Schnelle reviewed the history with Council. Councilman Cox also stated that he talked to Ron Jerich before the Council's action who said everything was acceptable to him and, therefore, it is a surprise to him to now get Frank Jerich's letter. Councilman Cox said a letter should be sent back to Midwestern to the effect that Ron Jerich said he con- curred with the City's action. Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to return to Ron Jerich his escrow funds less any City expenditures. Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. NEW BUSINESS PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR ALPACA ESTATES ~[r. Jeff Caine and Hawkon Jarnes were present to discuss approval of this preliminary plat. City Administrator Schnelle said the Metropolitan Co~nacil would give a response to the City's Critical River plan next week~ Mr. Jeff Ca,ne presented the preliminary plat. The Council reviewed the March 7, 1980 engineers report as follows: STREET TYPE 1) The developer said he would like to put in a rural street section out- side of 'the commercial area.
