Mrs. Marilyn Gallagher questioned the different phases of the landfill. <br />She stated the water is the citizens main problem and the citizens in <br />the area feel they want the landfill to put in water and then they can <br />dump anything they want. <br /> <br />Mayor G~aec again stated he wanted the citizens committee to review this <br />before the next regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Otter stated he would have an agreement drawn up - a rough draft - <br />and it can be reviewed by the City and the Council. He also stated <br />he will not proceed with any engineering costs before having an under- <br />standing with the City. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox expounded on the problems in the community and the money <br />problems of the City. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimarm to adjourn <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann asked for a date from Mr. Otter. <br /> <br />Mr. Otter asked for a date from the Council. <br /> <br />There was a general discussion on a date each other would have infor- <br />mation to the other. It was agreed that Mr. Otter would have a letter <br />back or a phone call to the City Hall by Tuesday, May 13, 1980, in time <br />for the next regular Council meeting regarding an immediate rate in- <br />crease. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann stated he wanted to get it all done as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
