Councilman Gary Reimann called the meeting to order at 8:33 p.m. <br /> <br />John R. Tousley, 5201 - 155th Lane N.W., was present and said he would like <br />to build a garage 26 x 48. He said he lives on a one-acre lot and the problem <br />is that he has some boats, motorcycles, snowmobiles, etc. to store. He said the <br />building would be towards the back of the lot and it would have a rough cedar <br />front to match his house. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec read a letter he received from Mr. & Mrs. Robert A. Dahl which stated, <br />"We have no objections to Mr. John Tousley's request to build a storage building <br />larger than permitted by city ordinance on Lot 3, Block 4 of the Woodland Green <br />Addition." <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann asked Mro Tousley if he had a garage attached to his house. <br /> <br />Mr. Tousley replied that he did have a garage attached to his house. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Mayor Gamec to direct city staff to <br />draw up findings of facts and bring them to the next regular council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec told Mr. Tousley that the Council would make a decision at the next <br />regular council meeting on the 27th of May. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to adjourn <br />the Board of Adjustment Meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
