PROC~]EDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on October 1~, 1980, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 1~155 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />~3o3. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />Building 0£ficial Berg <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the meeting to order at ?:~0 P.M. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Cox to approve <br />the minutes for the Special Council Me-eting of September 16, 1980. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilman Sorteberg, Mickelson <br />and Cox. Voting no-None. Councilman Reimann abstained. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve <br />the minutes for the Tungsten, Rivlyn and Front Streets Street Improvement <br />Project held on September 23, 1980. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilman Sorteb~rg, Reimann, <br />Mickelso~ and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve <br />the minutes for the Regular City Council Meeting of September 23, 1980. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Hocke[ Rink <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to <br />adopt Resolution #80-124a authorizing the Street Superintendent to <br />spend up to $300.00 to finish the hockey rink if needed and that <br />this additional funding be transferred from the Park Improvement Trust <br />Fund to the Park Fund. <br /> <br />C/October 1~, 1980 <br /> Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
