out that wonld be satisfactory to all and then present the plan to <br />the Council, it would weigh a lot on what the Council would decide. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said the City should ask Mrs. Nugent <br />to come in and apply for a Conditional Use Permit and have a <br />Public Hearing to which the neighbors could come and give their <br />viewpoints. He said he gave her a deadline of December l, 1980. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said it was never intended to have those three items <br />included in the ordinance at the time it was established. <br /> <br />Mrs. Nugent asked about the December 1 deadline. She said she would <br />get rid of her pigs if she could keep her cows. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec suggested allowing her until the Conditional Use Permit <br />application is either approved or disapproved. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said she would have to come in and make <br />an application for a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec told her that if the Conditional Use Permit is allowed, <br />it would protect her and it would protect her neighbors. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich said she has agreed to get rid-? of her pigs. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann said he thought there should be a cutoff on the size <br />of the agenda. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said there is an official cutoff on the agenda. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said he thought it is how much time is spend <br />on the agenda items, not how much is on the agenda. He said he would <br />like the Council to just skim through the Addendum and table the <br />items until the next regular council meeting if they wanted. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann suggested cutting it off when it is supposed to <br />be cutoff and if someone brings in things later, put them on the <br />next agenda. Hold them off for two weeks. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle agreed to this. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickslson <br />to approve the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to approve <br />the minutes for the public hearing held on October 15, 1980 regarding <br />assessment hearing of #80-8. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
