Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve <br />the minutes for the public hearing held on October 28, 1980 regarding <br />Alan C. Phillips Industrial Revenue Bond Issue. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to approve <br />the minutes for the Regular City Council Meeting held on October 28, 1980, <br />with correction. <br /> <br />A correction was noted on page ll that Councilman Sorteberg abstained <br />on the Motion to approve the release of the Maintenance Bond on Sorteberg's <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to approve <br />the minutes for the Special Council meeting held on November 5, 1980 <br />with correction. <br /> <br />A correction was noted on page five, paragraph seven, which should <br />read, "Councilman Cox said he thought the Washington Trip should be <br />deleted and any expenses that m~y. be incurred as a determination by <br />the City Council should be included in the $1920 for mileage." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Mickelson and Cox. Voting no-None. <br /> <br />NOTE BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> <br />Councilman Cox questioned the last item on page 5 of the Planning <br />& Zoning Commission Minutes for the November 3rd meeting. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle said the council motion was to go to <br />the Planning & Zoning for their input so that is why their comments <br />were included in the minutes regarding commercial and industrial <br />advertising. <br /> <br />STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle pointed out the letter from County Engineer <br />dated November 21, 1980 to City of Ramsey regarding Rum River Bridge <br />Crossing and the City Engineer's letter dated November 12, 1980 to <br />Mr. Dave Johnson of PCA regarding on-site waste disposal systems. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Drainage Problems <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec read the letter from the Building Official regarding <br />the drainage Problem on 163rd & Olivine dated November 24, 1980. <br /> <br />Building Official Berg said if it was paid for out of the General <br />Fund, it would be setting a precedent. <br /> <br />C/November 25, 1980 <br /> Page 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
