Marvin came before the <br />Council asking the Council for an opinion in letter form in regard <br />to the possibility of relocating of a building and business presently <br />located at 16101 Ramsey Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, which address <br />is zoned for residential use to a property zoned for industrial use. <br /> <br /> Attorney Goodrich stated Lot 1, Block 3, Gateway North Industrial Park, <br /> Plat 2, Anoka County, ~iinnesota is zoned Industrial and the letter <br /> referred to from Mr. Marvin states their intent is to physically <br /> move a 3½ car garage from the residential to industrial property. <br /> He also stated the building inspector for the City would have to <br /> determine the feasibility, that it comply with the State Building Code <br /> requirements and eomply with site and design plan ordinances. <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Comncilman Reimann to direct <br /> the staff to grant request of Betty Mickelson to physically move <br /> <br /> ~,,North Industrial Park, Plat 2, Anoka County, ~nnesota, zoned industrlal <br />~,//z/Z..~.~for(~w~, a permitted use--plumbing business, subject to compliance w~th the <br /> State Building Code requirements for physically moving the building, <br /> <br />and compliance with site and design plan ordinances, and provide <br />an opinion -to this effect to her attorney. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
