Motion by Councilwoman Van Wagner and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg %o <br />approve the final plat of PONDVALE ESTATES conditioned on the following: <br /> <br />a) Complete compliance with the City Engineer's letter dated February 20, 1981. <br /> <br />b) Payment of the park fee in the amount of $2,090.00. <br /> <br />c) Payment of all property taxes due on the subject parcel, through <br /> taxes owed in 1980 plus penalty and interest. <br /> <br />d) Final plat to show as dedicators all individual owners and <br /> mortgagees of record. <br /> <br />e) Developer to provide to the City a quit claim deed granting to the City <br /> a temporary easement for the 150th Lane Cml de sac. <br /> <br />f) Developer to provide a quit claim deed from Wm. Aydt <br /> and wife in order to eliminate the City Attorney's title objection <br /> <br />g) Executed performance contract. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Sorteberg, Councilman <br />Reimann, Councilman Cox and Councilwoman Van Wagner. Mr. Schaumb'0_rg ow~ls an eighty acre tract of land that is land locked and it <br />abuts the Thorne property. Accordingly~ Mr. Schaumburg wants to purchase land <br />fromMr. Thorne that will give him egress and ingress to his property. The <br />previous action on this case is submitted as enclosure (D3-a): <br /> <br />a. Excerpt of Ramsey Tovmship P&Z minutes dated November 4, 1974 <br /> which pertains to this case. <br /> <br />2. ~,ir. Thorne now wants to sell Mr. Schaumburg a parcel of land which will <br />give him egress and ingress to 80 acres.
