3. Memo to City Administrator giving statistical information
on this petition improvement.

City Administrator Schnelle comments were submitted as follows:

This was before Council last year, only then it included a larger area. However,
Council voted the project. Accordingly I'm enclosing for your information as
enclosure (D2-d) the following documentation:

1. Public Hearing dated April 8, 1980 on Peltzer Addition
and Beaudry's Second Addition.
2. Excerpt of regular Council minutes dated April 8, 1980. You
will also note that we also have a drainage problem in this area
which was one of the reasons for not doing it.

Council noted that the petition contained in enclosure (D2-c) does not
contain any signatures of citizens residing on Limonite Street N.W. and
also noted that the minutes of April 8, 1980 turned down doing anything
in regards to the drainage problem on Limonite Street N.W.

Mayor Gamec stated Limonite Street and other parts of the addition sho~2d be
included. Basically, feels street should be improved and should take a poll.

Councilman Cox stated there should be 2 areas defined.

Mayor Gamec stated the night of the hearing, take the total area and the
two areas individually for opinions, Need to have a motion for petition to
draw up a feasibility study and present at the next meeting.

Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to direct the City
~ineer to prepare and up-date the feasibility study.
