Mr. Hutchinson stated he could cooperate if possible. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Van Wagner asked if people have to be notified of DNRproposal <br />prior to submission. <br /> <br />Mr. Hutchinson stated no, it is not required. He further stated the final <br />proposal would be presented to the Council prior to submission to the <br />DNR. <br /> <br />3. FEASIBILITY REPORT ON PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENT FOR PELTZER ADDITION. <br /> <br />Background Information: Enclosure (D2-b) contains the City Engineer's feasibility <br />report on this proposed project that has been petitioned by the citizens who <br />reside in the area. <br /> <br />Council Discussion: The council should handle the easement problem for water problem and <br />get a motion to this effect per the City Engineer. Councilman Sorteberg asked about <br />voting. Mayor Gamec stated voting would be handled as a whole and as two <br />separate areas. Councilman Cox asked about 149th Avenue road, is it included. <br />Mayor Gamec stated it should be included. City Engineer stated cost for this <br />part would be 2.5 times higher rate due to commercial potential and it is a <br />wider street. Mayor Gamec inquired if 149th should be handled as a separate issue. <br />Councilman Cox said by area, Limonite is non-petitioned area and the other <br />is a petitioned area and wants to know who will pay for 149th improvement. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Cox, the introduction <br />and adoption of Resolution 81-9 receiving report and calling for a hearing on <br />street improvements: <br /> <br />149th Avenue N.W.lying between Co. Rd. 56 (Ramsey Blvd. NW) and <br />Limonite Street N.W. <br /> <br />149th Lane N.W lying .between the SE Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, <br />Range 25, lying East of Limonite Street <br /> <br />150th Avenue N.W. lying between Kamacite Street N.W. and Garnet St. N.W. <br /> <br />151st Avenue N.W. lying between Co. Rd. 56 (Ramsey Blvd. N.W.) and Garnet <br />St. N.W. <br /> <br />Limonite St. N.W. lying between 149th Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Kamacite Street N.W. lying between 149th Lane N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Jaspar Street N.W. lying between 151st Avenue N.W. to a distance <br />approximately 300 feet north of 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Hematite Street N.W. lying in the SW Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, <br />Range 25, lying North of 150th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Garnet Street N.W. lying in the SW Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, <br />Range 25, lying North and South of 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />C/March 10, 1981 <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
