Hankins, Vice President, <br />Hankins & Kirton Builders, Inc, 4114 Irving Avenue North;~MirLneapolis, Mn. 55412, <br />regarding their propertylocated at 15040 GarnetAvenue N.W. <br /> <br />2) City Assessors report <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle commented on calls from citizens regarding the <br />com~nercial tax statements received recently and how much'higher'they are. <br />Councilman Cox also stated the commercial taxes are muchhigher. <br /> <br />3) City Engineer report <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka recommended discussion of the' CAB InterCeptor secOnd <br />cormection be discussed'at the next meeting or at a special meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to send a <br />letter to the Burlington Northern Railroad requesting that rather than <br />spending money for 'emergency aid facilities and upgradingthe'crossing, to <br />assist the building of a bridge across the'Rum Riverto alleviate the problem. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Councilman Cox, Councilman Sorteberg, Councilman <br />Reimann and Councilwoman Van Wagner. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />C/March 24, 1981 <br /> <br /> <br />
