COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS ADDENDUM <br /> <br /> 7) James Refrigeration Company regarding Urban Development and <br /> Platting of a Certain Parcel of Land Between City Hall and <br /> Dental Clinic. <br /> <br />Dick Kvanbeck from James Refrigeration came before the Council to discuss <br />the possible development of a parcel of land between the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center and the Dental Clinic which fronts on Nowthen Boulevard N.W., (County <br />Road #5). Mr. Kvanbeck presented a proposed site plan and asked for <br />clarification of requirements for development. No action was taken, however <br />the Council did discuss the location of proposed City street, 152nd Street NW, <br />which abutts the south property line of the dental cinlic and the north property <br />line of this porposed development. <br /> <br />(Mayor Gamec arrived at lO:15 p..m.) <br /> <br />COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br /> 3) Call for Bid Quotes for Dog Clinic - Request ~ <br /> <br />The Council authorized the City to call for quotes in giving shots <br />to animals.
