Voting no: None. <br /> <br />D-2 COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS: <br /> <br />CASE #1: PERSONNEL: <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann and Sorteberg stated they feel the City <br />should hire an additional secretary and farm out the Compre- <br />hensive Plan work due to the economy. City Administrator <br />Schnelle stated he would like to add another secretary <br />instead of an assistant administrative assistant at this <br />time. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated the Metro Council is no longer giving <br />grants or funding for an assistan~ and the only funds available <br />are to complete present grants and believes hiring an <br />additional secretary would be wise at this time. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox <br />to advertise for a full time secretary. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilwoman Van <br />Wagner, Councilman Reimann, Councilman Cox and Councilman <br />Sorteberg.
