Voting no None. <br /> <br />CASE #16: APPOINTMENT OF DAIN BOSWORTH AS CITY DEPOSITORY FOR INVESTMENTS: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to adopt <br />Resolution #81-88aAppointing Dain Bosworth as a City Depository for Invest- <br />merits. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />CASE #17: CITY INSURANCE: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to go <br />with Plan (a) as shown in case #17 Council Old Business Council agenda dated <br />July 28, 1981 which is to direct City Staff to have Insurance Service Center <br />to go for bids as Coon Rapids is doing this year. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />CASE #18: ISSUANCE OF OFF-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE FOR RALPH'S COUNTRY MEATS: <br /> <br />Council members reviewed the contents of enclosure (D3-m) which contained <br />paragraph 130.092 (5) of the Liquor Ordinance which established the City <br />policy on the number of licenses that the City could issue. It was pointed <br />out that if the City wanted to issue more licenses it would have to amend <br />its liquor ordinance. <br /> <br />Council. member Cox asked if they wanted to issue more licenses.
