Voting no None. <br /> <br />CASE #18: ISSUANCE OF OFF-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE FOR RALPH'S COUNTRY MEATS: <br /> <br />Council members reviewed the contents of enclosure (D3-m) which contained <br />paragraph 130.092 (5) of the Liquor Ordinance which established the City <br />policy on the number of licenses that the City could issue. It was pointed <br />out that if the City wanted to issue more licenses it would have to amend <br />its liquor ordinance. <br /> <br />Council. member Cox asked if they wanted to issue more licenses.
