Mayor Gamec adjourned the regular Council meeting at 7:35 P.M. and called <br />the public he~ri~g~o order for Street Improvement Project #81-10 Greenland <br /> <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A public hearing was called to order by Mayor Gamec regarding the Green- <br />land Hills Street Improvement Project #81-10 at the Ramsey Municipal Center <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Van Wagner <br />Councilmember Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Reimann <br />Councilmember Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />City Engineer Pete Raatikka <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka made the presentation for this project. Council <br />took a straw vote to see how many citizens wanted the project. They re- <br />ceived 27 yes votes for the project and 3 no votes against the project. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />close the public hearing for Street Improvement Project #81-10 for Greenland <br />Hills at 7:45 P.M. and called the regular Council meeting back to order to <br />act on this public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Game c, Councilm~ort~~ <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None <br />CASE #5: GREENLAND HILLS PROJECT #81-10 (Street Improvement): .-~ ~ <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adopt Resolution #81-88aOrdering Improvement and Preparation of Plans and <br />Sp~,cJ. fications for Street surfacing project in Greenland Hills. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mai'or Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox.
