Mayor Gamec adjourned the regular Council meeting at 7:35 P.M. and called the public he~ri~g~o order for Street Improvement Project #81-10 Greenland ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA A public hearing was called to order by Mayor Gamec regarding the Green- land Hills Street Improvement Project #81-10 at the Ramsey Municipal Center 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. Members Present: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Van Wagner Councilmember Sorteberg Councilmember Reimann Councilmember Cox Also Present: City Administrator Schnelle City Engineer Pete Raatikka City Engineer Raatikka made the presentation for this project. Council took a straw vote to see how many citizens wanted the project. They re- ceived 27 yes votes for the project and 3 no votes against the project. Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to close the public hearing for Street Improvement Project #81-10 for Greenland Hills at 7:45 P.M. and called the regular Council meeting back to order to act on this public hearing. Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Game c, Councilm~ort~~ Reimann and Cox. Voting no None CASE #5: GREENLAND HILLS PROJECT #81-10 (Street Improvement): .-~ ~ Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt Resolution #81-88aOrdering Improvement and Preparation of Plans and Sp~,cJ. fications for Street surfacing project in Greenland Hills. Motion carried. Voting yes Mai'or Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. Voting no None.
