11) Deletion of Special Assessment, Request for; Case of Mr. Tim Lehn, <br /> 6314 Rivlyn: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to approve of adopting Resolution #81-165 reducing Mr. Tim Lehn's, 6314 <br />Rivlyn, assessment from two (2) units to one (1) unit and the assessment <br />cost from $400 to $200. (Please refer to Resolution File for Resolution <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Van Wagner, <br />Sorteberg and Reimann. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />12) Comprehensive Plan - Resolution Certifying Pre-Review Requirements <br /> Have Been Satisfied for Council Adoption: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilm~mber Sorteberg <br />to adopt Resolution #81-161, resolution certifying pre-review <br />requirements have been satisfied of the Ramsey Comprehensive Plan. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />13) Contractors License: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox, to <br />approve application for license for Don's Plumbing, Heating and Rental <br />of Isanti, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />14) Submission of Quarterly Financial Report for August 1 September 30: <br /> <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />15) Landfill: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />direct City Administrator to write a letter to Mr. Simpson of Metro- <br />politan Waste Control Commission requesting that they consider, in new <br />developing suburbs, to separate industrial and residential sanitary sewage <br />so that we don't further create or add to an unmanageable situation in <br />the disposing of this type of waste sludge. It is understood that the <br />industrial sludge contains very severe contaminant agents, whereas the <br />residential sewage sludge does not.contain these contaminants. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
