5.06: Other Updates <br />City Administrator Ulrich reported the City Council recently approved a 75-foot-high sign for <br />US Bank along Highway 10. Plans and specs were authorized for the extension of Riverdale <br />Drive. The State Senate Bonding Committee will be in Ramsey today and receive a tour. <br />Armstrong Boulevard west access was scheduled to open at the end of this week and may be <br />delayed by a week and the City Council had a workshop to discuss staff positions. <br />6. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Member Hardin, seconded by Member Brunt, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Skaff, Members Hardin, Brunt, and Riley. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Steffen, Members Burandt and Williams. <br />The regular meeting of the Economic Development Authority adjourned at 8:46 a.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Kurds G.
