Councilmember Riley stated that at the last meeting he was opposed to this case simply because <br />it seemed out of order. He explained that at this point the assessment agreement is in place and <br />believed that it would now be appropriate to go out for bid on this project. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to Adopt Resolution <br />#15-05-111 Approving Plans and Specifications and Authorizing Advertisements for Bids for <br />Ridgepoint Residential Development Improvements, Improvement Project #15-21. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Riley, Shryock, Johns, <br />Kuzma, LeTourneau, and Williams. Voting No: None. <br />7.02.A: Adopt Resolution #15-05-135 Granting Final Plat Approval for COR Parkview <br />Addition <br />Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission to approve the Final Plat for COR Parkview Addition with required <br />revisions as outlined in the Staff Review Letter dated April 3, 2015. He explained that while this <br />is an important step in the review process this is not the final approval. <br />Motion by Councilmember LeTourneau, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to Adopt <br />Resolution 915-05-135 Granting Final Plat Approval for COR Parkview Addition with required <br />revisions as outlined in the Staff Review Letter dated April 3, 2015. <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Kuzma stated that he looks forward to this being built. <br />Commissioner Riley stated that the Council has reviewed this on several occasions and this is <br />simply another step in the review process. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers LeTourneau, Johns, Kuzma, <br />Riley, Shryock, and Williams. Voting No: None. <br />7.02.13: Adopt Resolution #15-05-126 Granting Final Plat Approval to Harvest Estates, a <br />Major Plat; Case of GS Land, LLC <br />Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission to approve the Harvest Estates Final Plat with required revisions as <br />outlined in the Staff Review Letter dated April 3, 2015. He noted that the Council had discussed <br />the access to Nowthen Boulevard and advised that connection would remain open through phase <br />one. <br />Councilmember Riley stated that there was discussion from the Council to include work hours in <br />the development agreement. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill noted that the applicant did agree to those <br />construction hours and stated that staff had intended to include the condition in the development <br />agreement.
