Voting No: None. <br />7.08: Adopt Resolution #15-05-138 Approving Revised Development Agreement for <br />County Club Hills; Case of Lennar Homes <br />Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br />approve the revised Development Agreement and authorize to begin tree clearing. It was noted <br />the Tree Preservation and Replacement Plan is in place for the Country Club Hills development. <br />Motion by Councilmember Johns, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to Adopt Resolution <br />915-05-138 Approving Revised Development Agreement for County Club Hills, and authorize <br />tree removal; Case of Lennar Homes. <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Shryock questioned if this would be the last phase of this <br />development. Community Development Director Gladhill replied that these are the remaining <br />lots of the original plat. He noted that there would be a potential for development on an adjacent <br />lot should that property owner choose that path. <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br />7.09: Adopt Resolution #15-05-135 Granting Final Plat Approval for COR Parkview <br />Addition <br />This item was considered as Item 7.02A. <br />7.10: Adopt Resolution #15-05-126 Granting Final Plat Approval to Harvest Estates, a <br />Major Plat; Case of GS Land, LLC <br />This item was considered as Item 7.02B. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. He provided the date that <br />Ramsey will become a whistle free zone. He advised that a new full service postal location has <br />now opened within Coborn's Grocery store. He reported that Heart Safe Ramsey will hold a free <br />training session on Monday, June 1St for CPR in the Alexander Ramsey Room, noting that no <br />registration is needed. He advised of an upcoming kayak event, noting that equipment will be <br />available. He stated that the trip to Washington D.C. has been scheduled for June 10th and 11th <br />noting that he, Mayor Strommen, Councilmember LeTourneau, along with another staff member <br />will be meeting with legislators. <br />Mayor Strommen stated that at the last meeting several legislative representatives were in <br />attendance to provide an update, noting that the session had not yet been finished. She provided <br />a brief update on the legislative session activity reporting that a lights on approval was given for <br />City Council / May 26, 2015 <br />Page 12 of 13 <br />
