He provided comment on the type of work that would not require an <br />interim use permit. <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Andrusko, to recommend that <br />City Council adopt Ordinance #16-1 establishing an Administrative Grading Permit for grading <br />activities that will disturb forty (40) or more cubic yards. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners VanScoy, Andrusko, Bauer, <br />Brauer, Maul, and Nosan. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Brauer. <br />5.02: Discuss Potential Work Plan Items and Needs for Annual Planning Commission <br />Report <br />Presentation <br />Community Development Director Gladhill presented the staff report stating the purpose of this <br />case was to introduce a discussion about the possibility of creating an annual Work Plan for <br />policy topics for the Planning Commission. No work plan has been drafted at this point. The <br />intent of this case is to review topics previously raised by the Planning Commission and <br />brainstorm additional topics to review. Staff requested comment from the Planning Commission <br />on the work plan for 2016. <br />Commission Business <br />Chairperson Levine supported the plan as proposed by staff. <br />Commissioner Andrusko discussed the value of having a documented work plan as a goal setting <br />tool for the group. <br />Commissioner VanScoy asked if any other commissions or committees had a yearly work plan. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill explained the Environmental Policy Board and the <br />Economic Development Authority completed annual work plans. <br />6.
