Voting <br />no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to approve the <br />minutes of the Board of Adjustment hearing dated February 26, 1979 regarding <br />Gateway North Industrial Park Plat #2. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Mickelson and Cox. Voting <br />no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to approve the <br />minutes of the Regular Council meeting of February 26, 1979 with the follow- <br />ing corrections: <br /> <br />Page 2 Paragraph 4 should read: <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to have <br />City Staff and Mayor Gamec prepare a resolution supporting the City of <br />Roseau in having the D.N.R. delete the one-foot additional freeboard <br />presently required by the Commissioner of the D.N.R.'s rules and regu- <br />lations and which the City of Ramsey feels is usurping the taxpayers <br />dollars to no end. <br /> <br />Page 8 paragraph 2 should read in regards to Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Mickelson - we have no choice in permitting the issuance <br /> of a building permit as long as it meets the <br /> requirements of the ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting <br />no None. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />PROPERTY MORTGAGE REVENUE BONDS <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Carson was present for the Council's review of their application of <br />a Property Mortgage Revenue Bond for residential housing. <br /> <br />Council discussed the above matter at length with Mr. Carson but Council <br />stated that at the present time they were only interested in the industrial <br />revenue bonds for the financing of commercial and industrial development. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to deny the re- <br />quest for approval on the Property Mortgage Revenue Bonds for residential <br />housing in the Flintwood Hills #2 Plat and Oakridge Estates Plat. <br /> <br />A letter was read from Councilman Reimann who was in favor of denying the <br />request as he felt more emphasis should be placed on the commercial areas of <br />the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Mickelson and Cox. Voting <br />no None. <br /> <br /> <br />
