Page 7 <br />April 9, 1979 <br />Council Meeting <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann seconded by Councilman Cox to accept the <br />Feasibility Study for 161st Avenue N.W. from Armstrong Boulevard to Llama <br />Street, then Llama Street N.W. from 161st Avenue N.W. to 163rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Cox, Councilman Reimann <br />and Councilman Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR WHISPERING PINES ESTATES PLAT #3 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox seconded by Councilman Reimann to direct the <br />staff to attempt to acquire the right of way for the extension of 159th <br />Lane to Hedgehog for the benefit of public use, service, health and welfare <br />of the community. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Cox, Councilman Reimann <br />and Councilman Sorteberg. Voting no: None <br /> <br />A discussion was held on whether to add the extension of the street to the <br />project cost. Council consensus was to include the blacktop up to the <br />property line of Plat 89217, Parcel 7350. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to accept the <br />Feasibility Report for Whispering Pines Estates Plat #3. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Cox, Councilman Reimann <br />and Councilman Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />KEITH CABLE, REGARDING ZUNI STREET IMPROVEMENT FOR PROPOSED RAMSEY SHOPPERS <br /> <br />MALL <br /> <br />This item was deleted from the Agenda until the next Council meeting. <br />PETITION FOR GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES SUBDIVISION, XKIMO AND WACO STREETS N.W. <br /> <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />Peggy Small and Sally King were present regarding this petition. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt resolution <br />79-19 Resolution Declaring Adequacy of Petition and Ordering Preparation <br />and Resolution 79-20. Call for hearing on improvement (refer to the num- <br />bered resolution file for resolutions) regarding Gorham's Sandy Acres Sub- <br />division, Xkimo and Waco Streets N.W. for Street Improvement. Public Hearing <br />set for 7:30 P.M. May 14, 1979 on the above improvement. Motion carried. <br />Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: <br />None. <br /> <br />ED KLEMISH, REGARDING LOT SIZES FOR PROPOSED PLAT <br /> <br />A general discussion was held with Mr. Klemish regarding his proposed plat. <br /> <br /> <br />
