The City is trying to obtain
an easement which would mean either buying the land or taking it through
condemnation proceedings to get access to the land for safer roadway.

Mrs. Carter indicated she would like to be paid for this easement.

Council Advised the engineer and attorney to review the matter and report
back to Council their findings.

Councilman Cox stated that if this is going to be a complicated involvement
he is in favor of leaving it the way it is.

Councilman Mickelson said he would like to see less of a curve but if it is
going to be a complicated matter then maybe it should be left the way it is.

Councilman Reimann feel~s it keeps the speed down and it should be left as it is.

Mayor Gamec said he would like to see the curve more gradual.
