It was the consensus of the Council that for reasons such <br />as natural disasters the Council could consider a 90 day extension and the <br />party involved would enter into a contract with the City. <br /> <br />REVENUE SHARING <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to set a <br />public hearing for Revenue Sharing Use for 7:30 P.M. on October 22, 1979. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />ACCEPTING OF DORIS IRVINE RESIGNATION AND THE APPOINTMENT OF GREGORY DRAKE <br /> <br />TO THE~RK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to accept the <br />resignation of Doris Irvine from the Park and Recreation Commission and to <br />send her a letter of appreciation. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to appoint Mr. <br />Gregory Drake to fill the vacancy and term of office for Doris Irvine. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
