Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Notation was made to have the poplar tree removed from 7033 163rd Avenue <br />and to make a determination on Bertha Mae Smith's unbuildable lot whether <br />she is willing to deed the lot over to the City for drainage purposes <br />or pay for the assessment. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox said he feels the City should take a drainage easement <br />over this lot, it is low and is a ponding area. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec said that the owners of this property should be given a <br />choice in this matter. <br /> <br />Councilman Mickelson said if the property owners are using this land for <br />some purpose they are using the road to get to the property. <br /> <br />Regular Council Meeting - 10/9/79 <br /> Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
