Councilman Cox said the Council has reviewed and reviewed this project <br />and thoroughly discussed the matter before reaching the decision on how <br />to assess this project. <br /> <br />Mr. Albrecht still feels that it is an unfair way to assess the project. <br /> <br />Councilman Mickelson commented that Oakridge Estates Developer is <br />putting an access road in for 17oodlawn Estates and Forest Hideaway to <br />use and how fair would it be for him to bear the total assessment. <br /> <br />Mr. Albrecht said he feels a per foot basis assessment would have come <br />out better and he feels it is more fair. <br /> <br />Councilman Sorteberg stated that one person has over 1/4 mile on 161st <br />and Llama and feels is is more fair to spread the cost out. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann <br />to adopt Resolution 79-76 Adopting the~Assessment for 161st Street <br />and Llama Street. (See Resolution File) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />161ST AVENUE N.E. BETWEEN VARIOLITE STREET AND ARMSTRONG BOULEVARD <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimanna~d seconded by Councilman Mickelson to <br />Adopt Resolution No. 79-77 Adopting the Assessment for 161st Avenue <br />N.W. between Variolite Street and Armstrong Boulevard. (See Resolution File). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, <br />Reimann. Voting no: None. Councilman Sorteberg Abstained. <br /> <br />~ISPERING PINES #3 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann to <br />Adopt Resolution No. 79-78 Adopting the Assessment for Whispering <br />Pines #3. (See Resolution File) <br /> <br />A lengthy discussion was held regarding the two outlots. <br /> <br />Engineer Raatikka reported that these lots are non-buildable and were <br />designated as outlots to be used for drainage purposes. <br /> <br />Engineer Raatikka and Administrator Schnelle are to research this matter <br />to see if the City can obtain title to these two outlots. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, <br />Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES, WACO AND XKIMO STREET N.W. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson <br />to Adopt Resolution No. 79-79 Adopting the Assessment for Gorham's <br />Sandy Acres, Waco and Xkimo Streets.
