Mayor Gamec said the City is getti-ng feedback from the State on
access onto Highway 47 and Mr. ~olduc has indicated that it would be
inconvenient to move his access because he would have to turn his
garage, he asked Mr. Bolduc how he feels about paying for 1½ units
versus 2 units.

Mr. Bolduc asked about how this parcel could be split into two.

Mayor Gamec said he has enough acreage for twor 2½ ~acre lots.

Councilman Cox stated that the Bolducs may desire to pay for two
units and have some reassurance that they could divide the property
into two lots.

Mayor Gamec said the question is whether 1/2 of Outlot A is benefitted
by the road.

Councilman Cox said that where the house presently is situated they
do access on Highway 47 and he cannot see taking this access away from
them unless the~e is pressure from the State for them to do so.

Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to
charge Outlot A for one unit in the assessment of Brookview Estates.
The reason being that it is unique to the entire area; ~that they already
have an existing dwelling that has access to Highway 47 and has had for
many generations; it was previously platted and included in Brookview
Estates with Highway 47 access; his present garage and driveway are on
Highway47 and access to Neon Street at this time is not feasible and
it appear that at this time it is only subdividable to only one additional
lot.

Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson,
Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None.

Schwab property discussion.

Mayor Gamec said the Schwab's driveway access is on Highway 47, the
assessment shows their house and a lot behind it. The parcel that would
be assessed has no house on it.

Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt
Resolution No. 79-75(amending the Bolduc property)Adopting the Assessmant
for Brookview Estates. (See Resolution File)

Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann
and Sorteberg. Voting no: None.

161ST STREET AND LLAMA STREET - IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (STREET)

Mayor Gamec said that several meetings were held regarding the assessing
procedure to be used on this street improvement and ~ho it would be benefitting
and he feels the original decision that Council made is the right decision.

Regular Council Meeting - 10/9/79
Page $
