It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #15-19 to amend Ramsey, Minnesota City Code Section 117-58 to <br />clearly establish an Administrative Grading Permit for grading activities disturbing forty (40) or more cubic <br />yards of earth material. <br />SECTION 4.
